齒輪減速機的常見故障

1. 減速機的異常發熱
Abnormal fever of 1. reducer

減速機的異常發熱是指減速機的軸承部位或殼體部位發熱嚴重,超出了正常的溫度範圍,比較常見的是軸承部位發熱。
The abnormal heating of reducer is a serious fever of the bearing part or shell part of the reducer, which is beyond the normal temperature range. The most common part is the heating of the bearing part.

可能原因:減速機超負載運轉,軸承磨損,軸承、齒輪、軸等零件裝配不當,電壓過高或過低,短時間内啟動、停止過多,潤滑不好等。
Possible reasons: reducer overload operation, bearing wear, bearing, gear, shaft and other parts improper assembly, high or low voltage, short time to start, stop too much, lubrication is not good.

在軋鋼生産中,超負載運轉可能會引起多台減速機頻繁發生故障,而軸承磨損是最常見的。

2. 減速機振動和聲音異常
Vibration and sound anomaly of 2. reducer

是指減速機的振動和聲音明顯增大,超出了正常允許範圍,或者是有異常的噪音和振動。
It means that the vibration and sound of the reducer are obviously increased, exceeding the normal allowable range, or having abnormal noise and vibration.

可能原因:減速機産生異常振動和噪音的原因很多,主要有:齒輪、軸承損壞,齒輪齧合部位有異物卡住,減速機與電機間同軸度誤差較大,裝配時齒輪齧合不好,固定不牢、螺栓松動,潤滑油不幹淨有雜質等。
Possible reasons: many reasons, resulting in abnormal vibration and noise reducer are: gear, bearing damage, gear meshing position of a foreign body stuck, a speed reducer and a motor coaxiality error is large, the assembly of gear meshing is not good, is not firmly fixed, loose bolts, lubricating oil is not clean impurities etc..

3. 漏油
3. oil leaking

主要是減速機軸承端蓋位置、密封面或殼體結合面等部位有潤滑油洩露的情況。
It is mainly the position of the bearing end cover of the reducer, the sealing surface or the joint surface of the shell, which have the leakage of the lubricating oil.

可能原因:密封不好、箱體産生變形,殼體損壞等;也可能是在齒輪傳動中,由于摩擦生熱,導緻油溫升高、油液變稀而容易滲漏。

減速機的故障與太多因素有關,任何一個環節出現問題都可能導緻減速機故障發生,所以日常維護保養情況、設備故障後的檢修質量至關重要。
